Our house, cute as a button, is ready for pictures tomorrow. As I type, there’s a very temporary couch under my butt, here only to help a future buyer salivate over one day sitting in this room. Had I not a new adventure to try on, I’d pay Staged with Style all the money to allow the furniture to stay right where they set it.
I was hesitant about staging, but after their four hours of work and seeing the finished product, boy, is it worth it. And that, on average, staged houses sell for $10,000-$20,000 more ain’t too shabby of a hope.
Instead of writing, I took it easy, cuddled up with Dave, and watched the movie “Long Shot”. And for a comedy I expected very little from, it surpassed my expectations. Before I get to bed much later than usual I’ll leave you with a few photos of our home.
