Blast Off

I do this thing. I compare. My dream to yours, and as you know, mine is better. But that’s not quite true, is it? Mine is mine. And yours is yours. And sometimes, when they overlap, the water’s wake mists my cheeks while listening to 90’s era Sugar Ray, I wonder if there is anything better than this. You with your crew, sitting across from me as I revisit my country roots. I disagree like my Mama taught me. I come from strength. From the few.

Do you?

I present to you Marty Cortez, aka Big Chicken. He’s the man who manned a millions-dollar project to add a plus to your Amazon shopping experience. Want proof? I’ll give you the proof.

I realize more and more the importance of owning my path comes at the cost of guilt. The demands of prioritizing my needs sometimes make me feel selfish, and the weight of leaving behind familiar comforts.

Despite the fears and uncertainties, I am ready for this new chapter. The anticipation is building, and I’m allowing myself to feel the excitement. It’s okay to be excited about your life, to embrace the unknown with open arms and a hopeful heart. Every step forward is a step into a future that holds endless possibilities.

Thank you for being here with me. Until next time, sweet dreams to me, and sweet dreams to you.

Love, Jaclynn

PS. I’m ready. Let’s go!
